SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are SHIPPED PROMPTLY after receiving payment. Usually within 24-48 working hours.
We will send an email with your information sent (date, tracking number and pics in the Email).
The shipping notification email and your account will show when your order sent out and the proof of export number assigned to it. THIS IS A TRACKING NUMBER. While most shipments arrive within a few weeks and without a problem, it is difficult to provide you with a more accurate timeframe. Further, it is impossible for us to determine how long it will take for a shipment to clear customs. This can delay delivery and is completely out of our control. If your shipment does not arrive after a few weeks, simply contact us with your order number. We will review reports of lost shipments on a case-by-case basis.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
